Fractional CMO
We're hiring a fractional CMO to build the brand that shapes the future of pet technology.
The role
You're not joining to “manage marketing.” You're here to architect how tens of millions of pet owners discover, trust, and evangelize a product in a category we're about to define. You'll turn early traction into a growth engine, and a brand people feel something about.
What you'll own
Full-stack marketing: GTM strategy, brand positioning, paid and organic growth, content, community, partnerships, and the team to execute all of it. You'll set the KPIs and report directly to the Founder & CEO. No layers. No committees.
Who we're looking for
You've taken a B2C product from scrappy to scaled. You have 4+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least 2 in a startup or high-growth environment. B2C with pets is a BIG plus. You know how to build brand love and hit CAC targets in the same quarter. You've operated in environments where the roadmap changes weekly, and that energizes you, not drains you. DTC, consumer apps, or subscription experience is a strong signal. Pet industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
