Put AI on a device that actually sits on a real dog’s collar. You’ll work the full stack — training to edge inference — and watch your model decode dog emotions in real time.
What you'll do
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy models onto our hardware
- Iterate on our CNN → RNN → Attention → Dense pipeline architecture
- Quantize and optimize models for real-time inference on a low-power wearable
- Benchmark performance, A/B test new architectures
- Work tightly with hardware and data teams — you’re the bridge
What you'll learn
- ML engineering beyond the notebook: deployment, latency, memory constraints
- On-device audio AI on real hardware (no simulator)
- How to make an AI system production-ready when you’re counting milliwatts per inference
Who you'll work with
Directly with our AI lead, hardware engineering, and Benedikt. You’ll own real module areas — no ticket-conveyor work.
