Smart battery for GPS dog trackers

Power saving zones

Your dog does not need a GPS fix every second while napping on the sofa. Mark the places you trust, and Voicari checks in less often there, so the battery lasts through the week and is ready for the walks that actually matter.

Save battery where she is safe

Mark home, the garden, or wherever your dog spends her quiet hours. Inside those trusted places, Voicari reports less often, so the battery drains slower and lasts days longer.

Full GPS tracking when it counts

The second she leaves a power saving zone, Voicari switches straight back to live GPS. Saving battery never delays an escape alert, not even by a single second.

Nothing to remember, ever

It switches by itself. No toggle when you get home, no setting to undo before a walk. You draw the zone once, Voicari handles the rest, automatically, every day.

Why dog owners rely on power saving zones

He is asleep on the sofa for most of the day, and I never needed a location update every second for that. Now the charge lasts through the week and I only think about the battery on Sunday evenings.

Your questions about GPS tracker battery life, answered.

It is a place you mark on the map in the Voicari app, usually home or the garden, where your dog spends time safely and barely moves. Inside that zone, the device reports its location less often, which is what extends your battery life.

In the app, place the zone on the map, adjust it to fit the space, and give it a name. You can edit or delete a zone at any time, and toggle power saving on or off when you do not need it.

No. Tracking keeps running, it just checks in less often. You can still open the app at any time and see exactly where your dog is.

No, and that is the whole point of the design. Leaving a zone is exactly the event Voicari is watching for. Crossing the boundary switches the device straight back to live GPS and sends the alert immediately.

That depends on your dog: how much she moves, how often the device needs to report, and how much of the day she spends inside your zones. A dog who naps at home most of the afternoon saves considerably more battery than one who is out and about all day.

Only once, when you create the zone. After that it is fully automatic. There is nothing to remember when you get home and nothing to undo before a walk.

Yes. Each zone is set to either power saving or full tracking individually. Keep live GPS for the places you want to watch closely and save battery everywhere else.

Yes. Zones use GPS and a mobile connection, not your home Wi-Fi, so a power saving zone you create at a holiday rental works the same way as the one around your garden.

Yes. Voicari is GDPR-compliant and designed in Berlin. Bark filtering happens directly on the device: only bark events leave it, while ambient sound and human speech are discarded on-device before anything is sent.

Voicari is currently open for Early Access pre-order, with the first devices shipping September 2026.
