Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan any time in the Voicari app. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
No. Your Voicari device stays with you. Switching plans only changes the features and billing, not the hardware.
Your membership starts when you pair and activate your device, or 30 days after it is delivered.
The 1 month plan is billed monthly and includes the device. You can cancel any time, your subscription simply will not renew. If you cancel, the device must be returned.
Ultra includes family sharing, with multiple logins per dog, so family members and sitters can access the same profile and history.
Yes. Bark filtering runs on the device, so only bark events leave the collar. Ambient sound and human speech are discarded on the device, and we never sell your data.
You have 30-day returns. This is an automatically renewing subscription. You can cancel any time in the Voicari app and it will not renew.
